Programme: Southend Yoga and Vegan Festival

We have scheduled a wide range of Yoga classes, meditation sessions, Pranayama sessions, Yoga workshops and talks . Four rooms in the venue, Southend, have been dedicated to host these sessions. We have named the rooms based on the names of India’s most Yogic cities. More than 50 Stalls will be spread across two floors.

Please note that the timetable is subject to change with new classes being added. Final timetable will be printed and displayed at the venue. There is no need to book in advance. You can simply join any sessions you like by queuing at the door – entry is on first-come basis. Usually our festivals get very busy between 11am-2pm and it is likely that you will have to join queues. However, if some sessions get very crowded, we will open a spot-booking system wherein you will be able to book a session. Our volunteers will guide you. We also request everyone to vacate the room immediately after the class so that new people can join.
