Yoga Schedule at Kingston Yoga and Vegan Fest

Thanks to the support of 26 very talented Yoga teachers, we have scheduled more than 40 Yoga and meditation sessions on the day. The entry fee of only £5 entitles you to attend all Yoga sessions for free. You don’t have to pay anything extra. The main entry fee covers everything. However, we request you to please queue outside the Yoga rooms as the entry will be on  ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. If you wish to attend two consecutive Yoga sessions, you will have to leave the room when one Yoga session ends and join the queue to enter again for the next session.

Sessions at Yoga Classroom

The Yoga classroom is a big hall that can accommodate up to 55 people. The classes conducted in this room are aimed at introducing the participants to different styles of Yoga. All of the classes in this room are suitable for everyone – from complete beginners to advanced practitioners of Yoga. All classes are 30 minutes long and are conducted by different teachers.

Sessions at Yoga Workshop Room

The Yoga workshop room is a small area that can hold up to 30 participants. Classes conducted in this room are focussed on specific aspects of Yoga. Classes highlighted in blue may not be suitable for complete beginners so please read the subject of workshop carefully before participation.All classes are 30 minutes long and are conducted by different teachers.

Sessions at Meditation Room 1

The Meditation Room 1 can accommodate 20 people seated in chairs. Yes, you don’t have to sit down on floor. You can meditate while being comfortably seated in chairs. If you wish, you can remove your shoes and fold your legs while sitting on the chair. The guided meditation sessions are suitable for all – no prior experience necessary. All sessions in this room are 20 minutes long
